As a UX researcher, I am committed to applying human-centered design approaches to gain a comprehensive understanding of user needs. My research methods include both qualitative and quantitative studies, such as interviews, surveys, focus groups, and usability tests. I am passionate about crafting solutions that exceed user expectations, and my approach is centered around empathizing with users and putting their needs at the forefront.
